Diesel Mechanic
*5 years of experience in the automotive field (preferred)
*Someone who understands what flat rate pay is and the benefits of working a 40hr work week and potentially getting paid 50-60 +hrs from being efficient at their job
*Potential to make $60k-$100k a year
*Wage increases for production over 40hrs
*Technician should have their own tools, scan tools and other specialty tools are provided by us
*Work week is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break from 12-1
*No nights or weekends
*Paid holidays
*1 week of vacation after a year of employment (2 weeks of vacation after 2 years)
* Timely pay raises with increased productivity and quality of work
